Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Customers will receive a confirmation email when an order is placed and tracking information after the order ships.

Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout using the destination, package details, and available USPS Ground Advantage rates. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at scallywagseasoning@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Scallywag Seasoning is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, severe weather, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.

If a package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, contact us at scallywagseasoning@gmail.com with your order number. Please include photos of any damaged product and packaging.
